In our first founder’s meeting of 2024, we're looking forward to releasing our Internal Isometric Loading Continuum. This will be followed by an in-depth discussion with attendees. During this discussion, we'll draw upon insights from a systematic review of isometric training (refer to the attached PDF).
The meeting will start with a concise 10-15 minute presentation of the loading continuum, after which we will open the floor for a discussion among members. To fully engage in the conversation, we highly recommend reviewing the attached PDF. We have integrated findings from this systematic review into our loading continuum with the intent of bridging the gap between research and practical application for the strength practitioner.
