Surprisingly we came across a current athlete utilizing maximal effort in his off-season training and would like to spotlight it for you. Unsurprisingly the athlete we see training against maximal loads in the off-season is arguably the best running back in the NFL right now.
As a running back, it is imperative that he have a deep well of Absolute Strength as a neurological capacity to pull from to train the other necessary special strengths he requires to succeed at the Level of Competition.
