The Conjugation of Bottom-Up & Top-Down Training

The way we execute this repetition reflects an advancement in our conjugate system. We integrate the training of the biological, bottom-up elements of reactive strength—connective tissue architecture and load-bearing capacity—with the top-down development of rate of force production, combining both components within a single repetition.

This special exercise has been selected and is currently being refined for our hamstrings protocol. It targets the development of all the trainable ecologies of the hamstrings, as discussed in our Founders Meeting (link below).
