There is a huge gap in information and programming for people over 55. Ahem.

It is a massive, growing and receptive audience that has wisdom and intelligence from experiencing five decades of life and movement.

We are, by far, the most forgotten population. We also tend to have more money and time to spend on improving our health.

I know it’s not sexy, but the micro improvements that can be made yield enormous benefits in quality of life.

I would love to somehow be involved in any concept FR Systems and Absolute could discuss on the topic of aging, healing, vitality and robust health.

All are really good options!

- Would be useful live cases in which you discuss (video/written) how to manage, in the treatment scenario and homework, the different force profiles! For example discal erniation or meniscal tear, with intent to change suboptimal architecture at level of CT in the disc, ligaments, meniscus, frequency of treatment and homework, how to implement FR treatment with strenght training

- Research reviews/discussion video it's another great topic

Please keep sharing via all of the above options. This is is a rich and nourishing resource. It would be great to read your thoughts on the practice VS training equation in non-competitive non-seasonal physical activities like running, yoga, any sports at a recreational level. I have witnessed many people stop their physical activity due to lack of internal adaptation resulting in pain and injury. They turn to treatment but have difficulty with the concept of giving some of their 'practice time' to training.

Appreciate the opportunity to have a say in the content you guys produce, it’s great. The written pieces are a great read and the discussions are always appreciated.

A podcast would be brilliant!

Sports specific subjects are always appreciated. My application of the FRS system is always helped when you guys cover utilising the FRS system to address the stagnation in training/ performance different sporting populations experience.

I get a lot out of the video discussions of cases and concepts, so those shares are good for me personally.

I appreciate the podcast recommendations; the Lex Fridman interview of John Danaher was a valuable listen. Same for Audiobooks, whatever you are listening to would likely interest me.

Research reviews placed into the context of FRS systems are helpful, however what is perhaps more helpful is when new literature is found and presented as relevant to the system (example:"synaptome" as one idea previously, but briefly discussed).

We all like podcasts! The Control Yourself podcast has been listened to repeatedly, and comes with great value myself as a FRS practitioner.

The writing format so far is good, the posts are digestible within a single read, and that matters for time management of material.

On the personal treatment side, I'm curios as to how John uses FR work with his athletes given their chosen discipline. I have interest in better understanding use of PAILs/RAILs within the treatment setting of those athletes. Of what I currently understand about FRS system PAILs/RAILs has great value on both treatment and training side. So acquiring a deeper knowledge of time/intensity/direction of PAILs/RAILs work would prove helpful.

I would say exercise programming. I am learning a lot about the theory behind everything and a better lens to view programming through... but seeing how you actually apply this knowledge to specific cases would really help me connect all the information together. Thank for everything you guys have been doing!

As with everything you two present, the knowledge and content quality is so high that no matter what you choose, I’ll be right there trying to apply the work. However, as someone with little to no attention when it comes to reading I’d love a podcast or video series. Even a virtual class.

20 min length podcast, one or two arguments especially if related and interconnected, written notes about the scientific evidence or thought process. Well categorized each podcast/argument so easily becoming a future reference space where to find answers. Thank you 😊

Two areas I think would be highly beneficial would be a in depth post on restoring tibial internal rotation as I feel so many people struggle and lack that capability. Second, foot mechanics in respect to gait such as pronation/supination and looking at it through a FRS ISM perspective
