Love the explanation of this stuff, I am a golfer and have to deal with back pain most of the time. But FRS is the game changer. Thank you for your effort and time. 🙏🙏🙏

I'm enthralled to discover this resource. Thank you for having the generosity to share outside of mainstream social media.

My previous perspective of spine training has been reorganised in meeting the FRS system. After 20 years of circus + yogasana in which i over moved areas that were already hyper mobile and under moved other units of my spine, all without much concept of strength, i came across blind spots both in the methods i learned, in how we educate movement and in my own body. As i venture into sharing the FRS work (firstly through Kinstretch classes) i want to make spine training a fundamental part of my classes which is what i do in my own kinstretch practice. I look forward to more posts. Much appreciation.

Thank you both for building these resources- great learning. Sorry I’m a little lost connecting the slow twitch maintenance to ability for fast twitch output during long duration sport/ activity. Is it the fatigue of slow twitch fibers that regulates or alters the NS willingness to produce high power, fast twitch outputs? Hope this question makes sense and thank you for any insights!
