The concept of joint function, how to properly assess it, manage it and train to acquire it, is a topic that has been exclusive of Functional Range Systems and Absolute.
thank you for these, from a quick look it's amazing how close is to the capsule joint the reflexive head of RF...after our last members meeting, I've worked on a runner and during the FRA hip passive ER, the femur will produce a small rebound/recoil at 5 degrees then smoothly travel to 35/40 degrees. I worked rotational and linear for the RF and gave specific home assignments. my first thought was RTdh could've create that rebound, there are other structures that may create this, from your experience? Question addressed to everyone, eventually!
Iβm looking forward reading these. Demands have been met! Thanks for digging them up π
